How to delete your Timo account

You may delete your Timo account at any time. This page summarizes how account deletion works in the app. The same information appears in our Terms & Conditions (section 5) and Privacy Policy.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Timo on your device.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the prompts to confirm.

What happens to your data

• After you delete your account, your data is permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
• You may restore your account within that 30-day period if you change your mind.

Stopping reminders and connected services

Deleting your account removes your Timo data and access to the service. If you only want to stop certain integrations without deleting your account, you can:

• Turn off WhatsApp reminders in Settings → Notifications → WhatsApp.
• Disconnect Google Calendar in Settings → Connected Accounts.
