What we collect
We do not collect your location, payment information, or browsing history.

How we use it
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
- Operate and improve the app
- Sync calendars and manage events
- Send reminders (only if enabled)
- Enable sharing within your family group
Who we share it with
We are not responsible for how these third parties process data under their own policies.
- Supabase — secure cloud storage
- Google — if you connect Google Calendar
- OpenAI — receives text from voice input to extract event details
- Meta (WhatsApp) — to send reminders if you opt in
Data storage & retention
- Your data is stored securely in the cloud.
- We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service.
- If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Your rights
You have the right to: access, correct, or delete your data.
- Delete your account anytime in Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.
- Disconnect Google Calendar anytime in Settings → Connected Accounts.
- Opt out of WhatsApp anytime in Settings → Notifications → WhatsApp.
- Disable push notifications anytime in your device Settings.
- Request a copy of your data or ask us to correct it by emailing developer.eagleholdings@gmail.com.
Children
Accounts are intended for adults.
Children may use Timo under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for all activity within their account.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Timo means you accept these updates.
